Before you call, it is fair to know exactly what is being promised. Four things, each one about this service rather than about anybody else’s work.
A real person, day or night
This number is staffed around the clock, every day. The first call gets a person, not a queue that opens at nine.
Nothing to pay for being connected
Calling and being connected is free. There is no fee, no membership and no booking charge for using this site. What you agree with the contractor afterwards is between you and them.
Licensed, insured and nearby
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Loveland. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
A poor fit is fixed by one more call
Should the match go wrong, one more call puts you in touch with a different contractor. No fee, no form, no explanation needed beyond “that one did not work out”.
The part this service cannot promise
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
