The guides, articles and answers on this Site are general information for homeowners and businesses in Hamilton County. They are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
Who performs the restoration work
Loveland Water Damage Restoration is an intake line. It takes calls and web requests for water damage and forwards each one to the closest independent local firm that has a team available. It does not pump water, dry structures, judge damage, sample for mold or perform any repair. The independent firm that attends owns those operations and is solely accountable for its assessment, scope, quotations, equipment and craftsmanship.
Permits and credentials for a given job rest with the attending firm and with any subcontracted trade. Ohio has no statewide general contractor licence and some cities and counties run their own registration. No Ohio mold-remediation licence was located in an official record. This website holds no permit, licence or certificate and claims none.
Credential and insurance particulars for the attending firm are supplied by phone or at the moment the firm arranges its visit. They are withheld from this site to keep the firm's business details private. Check any licence against the Ohio Department of Commerce and submit insurance and scope questions to the firm in writing before work begins.
Ask for the firm's credential details before authorising work (833) 490-5225

Prices are estimates
Price ranges are typical estimates for our service area in 2026. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is confirmed in person before any work starts.
Safety around water damage
Standing water can hide live electrical circuits: do not walk into a flooded room until power to that area is off. Sewage and floodwater (IICRC Category 3) can carry bacteria and viruses; keep children, pets and anyone with a weak immune system away, and do not handle contaminated materials without protection. Visible mold larger than a small patch should be assessed before anyone disturbs it. When in doubt, leave the area and call a professional.
Licensing, standards and insurance
Repair and reconstruction work in Ohio is regulated by that state's contractor licensing board. The IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards are industry guidance, not government licenses. Insurance coverage is decided by your insurer under your policy; nothing on this Site is a promise of coverage or of a claim outcome, and information here is a summary, not legal or insurance advice.
